How the score works

Six areas, scored for every person

Each employee is scored from 0 to 100 across six areas. Your organisation score brings them together.

Right to Work

Whether a valid check is on record.

Employment details

Department, job title and start date, and for sponsored workers a role review that reconciles.

Attendance

Recorded attendance over a recent period.

Change reporting

Whether the record has been kept up to date.

Documents

How many of your required, verified documents are on file.

Audit trail

Whether the expected checks and documents are recorded.

Compliance Hub

An internal guide, not an official rating

The readiness score helps you prioritise. It is not a Home Office, UKVI, CQC or other regulatory rating, and a good score does not guarantee the outcome of an inspection or compliance visit.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the readiness score a CQC or Home Office rating?

No. It is an internal measure to help you see and close gaps. It has no official standing.

What do the bands mean?

Good is 85 or above, Fair is 70 to 84, and At risk is below 70.

Can I choose which documents count?

Yes. Each organisation sets its own required document types, so the documents score reflects what you require.
